The goldsmiths Demarquet Frères, working from rue des Gravilliers, Paris, entered their mark in 1868. Continuing until 1890 they produced some remarkable examples of church and plate, including several pieces for Lourdes, ciboria for the basilica of Montmartre, and crosses for Bayeux and Toulouse.
